Guarantee / Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the our products or we refuse to accept your money!
If you need to return something, please send an email to info@withcrystalsandstones.com or call us at 1-888-386-8070 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
Your satisfaction is not enough -- we insist that you be ecstatic with anything you order from with Crystals and Stones.
Methods of Payment :
We accept Checks, Money Orders, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We can also accept cashier’s checks and personal checks. In the event you use a personal check or cashier’s check, please send to:

Delivery Time :
Most orders ship within 14 business days from when the order was placed. The product descriptions for with Crystals and Stones provide an estimated time to ship. In the event you require a rush order, please email or call us at 1-561-282-6406 to discuss special arrangements.
Shipping :
With Crystal and Stones uses UPS Ground for most shipping. If you need something sent 2nd day or overnight, please contact us at 1-561-282-6406. We can do that too. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight.
Canadian and International shipments are not automatically calculated in the store. Shipping charges will be added for all Canadian and International shipments.
No Minimum Order Requirement :
With Crystals and Stones has no minimum order requirement.
Sales Tax :
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (6%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Boca Raton, Florida. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
